HBCE Terms and Conditions from HBI: HypnoBirthing International requires notification of cancellation of not less than 30 days, in writing, prior to the commencement date of the training program for refund of course fees. All cancellations and transfers will be subject to an administration fee of $165. Within 30 days, an administration fee of 30% of the full training course fee will be payable. If you have paid only a deposit you will still be required to pay 30% of the full course fee. If you have received materials for a component of the course, you will be charged for that component. There is no refund for a participant/organization withdrawing from a training course within 15 days. The participant/organization may transfer his/her training fees to any course run by this faculty trainer or send a replacement delegate, with an administration fee of $165. There are no refunds or transfers within 7 days of the training and all materials will be asked to be returned to HBI. Should HypnoBirthing International cancel or discontinue a training course for any reason, a full refund will be made. In the event of rescheduling a training, the participant/organization will be given a choice of a full refund or transfer of fees to rescheduled dates.
